I’m here to support you on your journey of overcoming past trauma and becoming your true self through evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy.

 

I’m not the kind of therapist who simply nods, smiles, and takes notes. While I use those foundational skills, I also work with you on a deeper, subconscious level using EMDR and Hypnoanalysis to uncover and resolve the root causes of the issues you’re facing today. If you’ve tried traditional talk therapy before and didn’t get the results you were hoping for, I might be the right therapist for you.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-focused care. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Using EMDR, Hypnoanalysis, and Attachment-Trauma–Focused Therapy, I help you gently uncover and heal the wounds of your inner child—so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

I’m based in Houston, Texas, and offer virtual therapy to clients throughout the state.

All you need for online therapy sessions is a private space at your home with a tablet, phone or a laptop with a webcam that has Wi-Fi access. Headphones can also help reduce audio interference and create a more connected experience.

The most involved form of therapeutic hypnosis is Hypnoanalysis or Medical Hypnosis. This is a form of psychotherapy. In a relaxed hypnotic state the subconscious mind is more accessible.

What is virtual Therapy and does it work really?

Research has indicated that virtual therapy is as effective as in person therapy. Telehealth therapy is appropriate for addressing most issues and can make therapy more accessible to those who have trouble making in-office appointments. However, virtual therapy might not be the best fit for those with severe crisis who are actively contemplating suicide.  

 

How does Online Therapy work and what do you need for it?

You will receive a secure HIPPA compliant link before our session via email. You will click on the link, enter your name at the time of the session, and I will see you there.

Can I use out-of-network benefits?

Yes, but first you need to contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment, and I will provide a super bill each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What if I’m not sure we’re a good fit?

I offer a 15 min free consultation before booking the first appointment. In the consultation, we will get to know each other and we will discuss your goals and expectations and my approaches and how the process would work with me.

What should I do in times of crisis? Are you available any time I need you?

I am not a crisis therapist. I will contact you within two business days, if I receive a call, text, or email from you. However, in case of emergency or crisis you can contact the following resources:
